THE CHALLENGE adventure race series is a division of Curd Sports, LLC, owned and operated
by the husband and wife team of Kelly and Jennifer Curd. The adventure race series was developed
to provide both outdoor enthusiasts and seasoned athletes with a way to challenge their abilities
in a team environment.
The goal of THE CHALLENGE adventure race series is to grow the sport of
adventure racing by providing participants with a challenging and well managed event, and to
encourage athletes to give adventure racing a try.

Both Kelly and Jennifer have event management and marketing backgrounds. They are active, outdoor enthusiasts who have participated in a variety of competitive events including adventure racing, triathlons, mountain triathlons, multi-sport racing, road running, mountain bike racing, and ski racing.
