Located on the Kitsap Peninsula, Port Gamble is a ten minute drive from the Kingston ferry dock(depart from Edmonds), and/or 10 minutes north of Poulsbo.
Race Fees: $75.00 per person until 8/25/07, then $90.00 per person until 9/5/07

Race Check-In between 7:30 – 8:00 am. Maps will be handed out at 8:15.
Mandatory pre-race meeting at 8:40 am. Race starts at 9:00 am.

Course Info:
Mountain biking will be 10-15 miles on a mix of logging roads and singletrack.
Running/trekking will be 4-8 miles on a mix of logging roads and singletrack
Paddling will be 3-6 miles on a well protected salt water bay.
Map navigation will be required - the course will not be marked, rather participants will need to utilize the provided map to navigate from checkpoint to checkpoint. This is not advanced navigation but will require map consultation and route choices.
Special tests will be set up along the way to test teamwork and physical and mental skills.
Specific course information will be given to the racers in map packet available at 8:15. This information will also be reviewed during the 8:40 pre-race meeting.
Course and disciplines are subject to change due to weather, safety or other reasons determined by the Race Director.
